Texas Dog Slinger is servin’ up a real taste of the Texas Hill Country — one loaded-up hot dog at a time. We roll into town with premium all-beef dogs stacked higher than a feed bill in July and topped with bold Texas flavors that don’t mess around.
Whether you’re hankerin’ for an old-school classic or a dog with a little kick in its boots, we’re slingin’ some of the finest dogs this side of the Red River. And keep your eyes peeled for our Dog of the Month — because around here, we like to keep things interestin’.

Once we get the wheels under this dog wagon, we’ll be cruisin’ through Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and all across the Hill Country lookin’ for hungry folks and empty stomachs. You’ll also catch us posted up at festivals, markets, rodeos, and just about anywhere Texans gather to eat somethin’ good.

HILL COUNTRY DOG
Listen up! We pile this dog high with chopped brisket, tangy BBQ sauce, pickles, sweet onions, and spicy jalapenos. It's a real ranch hand's feast that'll have you hollerin' for more.
LONE STAR DOG
This legend is lassoed with sweet jalapeño jam, grated cheese, chopped sweet onions, chopped bacon, and pickled jalapeños. A true Texas stampede of flavor, folks.
STARS AND STRIPES DOG

YANKEE DOG
This windy city classic got lost in the brush! It's built like a Chicago pup, but we swapped the spear for sliced gherkins and added jalapeños for a Texas kick.
THE VOLKSDOGEN
Howdy! We pay tribute to Fredericksburg with this heap of tangy sauerkraut and sweet onions. It's a zesty treat that'll make any trail hand grin.
PUPPY DOG
For the little mutton busters! A premium all-beef dog tucked in a soft hoagie bun, drizzled with ketchup and mustard. The perfect meal for young trail hands to enjoy.
